Refund & Return Policy

     We really hope you will be delighted with your purchase from our website. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or simply changed your mind contact us and we will try to make things right for you.

     Please see below for more information on our return policy.

  Return

     You can return most items purchased on our website within 30 working days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by contacting our customer services.

 

     For some of the personalised items or custom made to your requirements you cannot cancel your order. For these products contact our customer services to check if your item can be returned or not.

 

     Please doublecheck carefully the message that you want to add on your personalised items as we may not be able to refund or cancel your order for personalised products which have been misspelt.

    

     You need to notify us of any damaged, defective or incorrect quantity items within 7 days of delivery.

 

     You must return the goods within 14 days of receiving, in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for the product.

 

     Please return your order safely packed and in a timely manner. For returned orders received damaged we may make a deduction from the refund.

 

     The cost of return is your responsibility, except if you received the item damaged, faulty or not as described.

     You may not be able to return personalised and custom-made products or if we have been provided with incorrect or inaccurate information during the order process, please contact customer service to check if your product is eligible for return.

 

     If the items ordered are damaged or they are not as described, we will be happy to offer a replacement.

     Please get in touch with our customer service for any issues and do not send the product to us before arranging the return with the Customer Service.

    

Refund

      After we received the item, our team will inspect it and process your refund accordingly. The money will be refunded on the original payment method that you’ve used during the purchase. It may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to be available in your account.

      If we receive the product damaged, items missing or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed you may not be eligible for a full refund. If we receive the package from you without acknowledging us or our consent, we will notify you of receiving it on your registered email address and if within 28 days you do not rearrange the delivery with us we will discard the item and no refund or compensation will be available to you.
